Straight Outta Compton is an upcoming 2015 American biographical drama film. directed by F. Gary Gray. The film revolves around the rise and fall of the Compton, California rap group N.W.A, whose members include Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, MC Ren and DJ Yella. The film’s title is borrowed from the title of N.W.A’s 1988 debut studio album. Straight Outta Compton is set for theatrical release on August 14, 2015.

It is the sixth installment of the National Lampoon’s Vacation series. The film stars Ed Helms, Christina Applegate, Chris Hemsworth, and Charlie Day.

Rusty Griswold takes his own family on a road trip to “Walley World” in order to spice things up with his wife and reconnect with his sons.

8. MINIONS

Minions is an upcoming American 3D computer-animated comedy film and a spin-off/prequel to Despicable Me and Despicable Me 2. It is being produced by Illumination Entertainment for Universal Pictures. Written by Brian Lynch, it will be directed by Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda, and produced by Chris Meledandri and Janet Healy. Sandra Bullock voices Scarlet Overkill, the villain of the film and Jon Hamm will voice her husband, inventor Herb Overkill. The film is scheduled to be released on July 10, 2015. The film was first foreshadowed in the ending credits of Despicable Me 2, where Stuart, Kevin and Bob, Gru’s minions, are seen auditioning for the film.

9. RIKKI AND THE FLASH

Ricki and the Flash is an upcoming American comedy-drama film directed by Jonathan Demme and written by Diablo Cody, about a woman who gave up/left her family to become a rock-star and then gets a chance to get everything back where it was. The film stars Meryl Streep, Mamie Gummer, Kevin Kline, Sebastian Stan, Rick Springfield and Ben Platt. It would be the second film Streep and her real-life daughter Gummer would be seen together after 1986’s Heartburn and also the second film Streep filmed with Kline, her costar in Sophie’s Choice. Principal photography began on October 13, 2014, in Rye, New York. TriStar Pictures is financing and will distribute the film on August 7, 2015.

10. TRAINWRECK

Trainwreck is an upcoming American comedy film directed by Judd Apatowand written by Amy Schumer. The film stars Schumer along with an ensemble cast that includes Tilda SwintonBill HaderBrie LarsonColin Quinn, Barkhad Abdi, Mike Birbiglia, Jon Glaser, Vanessa Bayer, John Cena, Ezra Miller, LeBron James, Method Man, Jim Norton and Norman Lloyd. Principal photography began on May 19, 2014 in New York City. The film was released on July 17, 2015, by Universal Pictures.
